Welcome to St. Luke's

We extend a special welcome to those who are single, married, divorced, gay, filthy rich, black and proud and no habla Ingles.

We extend a special welcome to those who are new-borns, poor as dirt, skinny as a rail, got a hitch in their git-along or just plain can’t sing. You’re welcome here if you’re’ “just browsing,” just woke up or just got out of jail. We don’t care if you’re more Lutheran than Luther, or more Catholic than the Pope, or haven’t been in church since little Maria’s confirmation.

We extend a special welcome to those who are over 40, but not grown up yet, and to teenagers who are growing up too fast. We welcome soccer moms, NASCAR dads, starving artists, tree-huggers, latte sippers, vegetarians, junk-food eaters, and people who stay up too late at night. If you’re having problems, or if you’re down in the dumps, or you don’t like “organized religion”, we’ve been there too.  If you blew all your offering money at poker night, you’re welcome here.

We extend a special welcome to those who could lose a few pounds, think the earth is flat, work too hard, can’t spell, or came because grandma’s in town and wanted to go to church.

We offer a special welcome to those who could use a prayer right now, are three times divorced, had religion shoved down their throat as a kid, or got lost in traffic and wound up here by mistake.

We welcome tourists, seekers, doubters, bleeding hearts and you!

Welcome home!

St. Luke's is happy to offer a variety of worship experiences to ensure that you get the most out of your worship time with God. For those of you who enjoy a pipe organ and hymn driven worship experience you would be most interested in our Traditional 11:00am worship. If you like a less formal but still liturgical worship experience you would enjoy our 8:30am worship service in the 80 seat chapel. During the seasons of Advent and Lent we offer midweek worship experiences. Please see below for a more complete description of each our services, as well as, meeting times and locations.

Our Traditional Service is held each Sunday at 11:00am (10am during the summer) in the Sanctuary. This service follows the standard order of worship from the ELW (Evangelical Lutheran Book of Worship). It includes traditional hymns, childrens time, and communion is served weekly. At this service you will experience wonderful music from our choir, as well as our Casavant Organ, Kawai Grand Piano, and harpsichord. We invite you to come and take part in this beautiful service.

The early service worship is a contemporary blend of music and worship. This service meets each Sunday at 8:30am (10am during the summer) and welcomes visitors with open arms. While still using the traditional order of worship the early service offers a relaxed atmosphere with contemporary style music and worship experiences. Communion is served weekly.

Join us on Wednesday Nights at 7:00pm for choir. During the seasons of Advent and Lent, we offer dinner at 5:30pm followed by an evening prayer in our chapel at 6:15pm.
